Remodels can produce a lot of noise and mess, and your project will likely cause some disruptions or inconvenience to your neighbors. Make sure to let them know in advance about your renovation so that they can make their own preparations too. Furthermore, ensure that your contractor will only be on-site during the HOA-approved working hours.
